The only course in Poland aimed to help students with their business plans and have them verified on the market
– New Venture ProjectTake advantage of the experience of MIT EF CEE’s experts joining the New Venture Project program created by the EMBA Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology and increase your chances of business success.
About the project
New Venture Project is a response to the needs of a dynamically changing world in which young companies, with interesting and unique solutions, build an increasingly stronger market position. Moreover, cooperation with these firms is the subject of interest of the biggest international corporations which seek access to the most innovative technologies. The Warsaw University of Technology Business School is one and the only school in Poland which — benefiting from its industry experience — profiled its EMBA program for the needs of building entrepreneurship competencies and skills necessary for starting own business.
The NVP project is being executed with the substantive support from MIT Enterprise Forum CEE, one of the leading accelerators for technological startups in Central and Eastern Europe. Classes are based on the trusted and effective method of 24 steps of disciplined entrepreneurship, developed by prof. Bill Aulet from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston. We adjusted the level of the program to participants and supplemented it with the elements relevant to startup-corporation collaboration. During the course, participants will have a unique opportunity to validate their ideas using the knowledge and experience of MIT Enterprise Forum CEE’s experts and mentors who have achieved spectacular success in international business.
As part of modules concerning corporations, participants will be working on practical business cases and deepen their knowledge through discussing the best practices of startup-corporate collaboration. Additionally, they will become acquainted with a comprehensive process of building a startup — from generating idea and creating a business model to the growth phase and raising capital for further development. The culmination of the classes will be the Pitch Competition, during which participants will present their solutions in front of Venture Capitals representatives.

Take advantage of the experience of MIT EF CEE’s experts joining the New Venture Project program created by the EMBA Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology and increase your chances of business success.
