Professional experience:

40 years of experience in environmental protection and energy. He held a number of managerial positions at the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Economy. Initiator and co-creator of many legal and organizational solutions in environmental protection and energy, including the act – Environmental Protection Law and the support system for renewable energy in the form of “green certificates”.

An active participant of work on the European Union forum, including discussions and negotiations on the 3 x 20 climate and energy package until 2020 and the winter package “Clean energy for all Europeans” by 2030.

Initiator and coordinator of the preparation of the National Low-Emission Economy Development Program.

He recently deepend his knowledge of financing principles for environmental protection, including the development of the use of renewable energy sources, by managing the Team of Advisors at the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management.

A graduate of the Faculty of Shipbuilding at the Gdańsk University of Technology
