Professional experience:

A psychologist, business coach, mentor, consultant and facilitator. He has 18 years of coaching experience in running coaching and training programs in the field of soft skills. For 12 years he was an academic lecturer at the SWPS Psychology Department in Warsaw, the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw Executive MBA (Minnesota University and SGH). He participated in many coaching trainings in Poland and other countries (including the USA, Switzerland and England). He completed international training for trainers and facilitators of “The Role of The Facilitator” (Lancaster University & Impact DTG, England 2005) and obtained the title Practitioner Coach Diploma at Noble Manhattan Coaching (England, Oxford) and is accredited by the International Institute of Coching I.I.C. He also obtained the status of Mentor Coach at Noble Manhattan Coaching Poland. He conducted trainings and coaching sessions as part of projects based on the Universal Leadership model. He was a lecturer and trainer at the Trener Zmian Academy.
