Professional experience:
President of the Management Board of GAVDI Polska S.A. from the very beginning of the company’s existence in Poland (2006). A specialist in the field of IT solutions supporting modern methods of human resources management in connection with the company’s strategy, based on understanding the mechanisms of human motivation and communication. She has experience in working in personnel departments of large organizations, and since 2000 she has been working as a trainer, consultant, Product Manager, Project Manager and Member of Steering Committees in implementation projects of SAP solutions for HCM in many Polish and global organizations. She often supports clients in defining the vision, needs, priorities, tools and schedule of IT projects aimed at optimizing the area of human capital management.
She is a graduate of German studies and graduate of postgraduate studies in human resources management, group training, psychology of changes in attitudes and behaviors, and Jacek Santorski’s Academy for Leadership Psychology.
