Coach, co-founder of the Training Projects training company. He conducts trainings in the field of team and project management as well as strategic management. Previously, he co-founded the Pracuj.pl portal. In 2004 he was recognized as one of the four best Polish trainers in the “simulation games” category (ranking of training companies from Profit and KPMG magazines). Author of three criminal managerial novels – management books written in the form of a story. Privately, a traveller and a climber – the first Pole who scored both poles and the Himalayan eight-thousander. He also climbed the highest peaks of the Andes and the Alps and took part in expeditions on all continents.
