Professional experience:

Through much of his career combined business experience with academia. He holds PhD in Economics from Imperial College London and MBA and Engineering degree from Warsaw University of Technology. He was a lecturer and currently is Director of the Business School at Warsaw University of Technology. Pawel is co-founder of INVEN Group, a company which invests in and develops power projects. He is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Columbus Energy, a leading provider of the residential photovoltaic installations in Poland. Between 2006-2008 he was Board Member of Polish Grid Company (PSE) and CEO of the Polish Energy Group (PGE). Before PGE he was Partner in consultancy Central Europe Trust, where he completed number of advisory projects for the top international and Polish companies from the energy sector.
