She has reach several years’ experience in designing business solutions in the field of HR which she gained at the largest consulting companies: Ernst & Young, Capgemini, PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers).

She’s a graduate in psychology (labor psychology) from Uniwersytet Gdański and is also a postgraduate studies graduate within management from SGH Warsaw University of Economnics and within labor law from Warsaw University.

Certified coach ICC, experienced Project Manager PRINCE2, expert within rating tools and potential development i.o. SHL, Extended DISC, Master Management MPA/MCA, Insights Discovery.

She’s an experienced conference and postgraduate studies lecturer, an author of many publications in the field of HR.
