She’s specializes generally in competition law (antitrust law) and consumer protection (especially in the issue of practices limiting consumer group’s interests) and unfair competition law. Małgorzata Modzelewska de Raad has been part of the Wierzbowski Eversheds law firm for over 15 years where she performed the function of a team of competition law leader. Since 2013 she has been a partner of bModzelewska & Paśnik law firm – COMPETITION REGULATION LITIGATION.

She represented Polish and international companies in many lawsuits in the field of civil and administration law. She represented the main Polish telecommuniction operator in court proceeding and in the field of unfair competition for te largest pharmaceutics enterprises. She’s advises many companies in the field of energetics, food and automotive sector within competition law.

Since 2007  Chambers Europe has been regularly recommending Małgorzata Modzelewska de Raad in the field of antitrust law and consumer protection as an ‘experienced and engaged’ lawyer.
