Professional experience:
For 20 years she has been a trainer, coach and non-practicing psychotherapist. She is also a master of history (at the University of Warsaw). In the 1990s, she worked as a manager, among others in the Warsaw Marriott Hotel. In her coaching work she combines practical knowledge about management with inspiring theory, both in the field of psychology and management. She helps leaders to get to know themselves, and therefore those to whom they have the ambition to lead. For several years she has been cooperating with Values, among others at the Academy of Leadership Psychology.
