LEADING INTO THE FUTURE
Magdalena Kąkolewska
Citizenship:Polish
Professional experience:
President of the Hestia Artistic Journey Foundation, Founder of the Art Transfer Foundation
Qualified as a lawyer and art historian, Magdalena is an advocate of good art for ordinary people. In her opinion, it is an essential component of life, as interacting with art has a liberating effect. Her goal is to promote education through art and its multiple dimensions.
She is convinced that it is the way to make the world a better place, since art can serve as a meeting platform for people of different ages and cultures where we can communicate freely and express the best part part of ourselves in order to reach our full potential.
Her main activities within Hestia Artistic Journey focus on supporting young talented artists who are entering the world of art. Being both a sensitive and dedicated patron, through her actions Magdalena spreads the concept of art patronage in the world of business. It is a result of her strong belief that art can lead to innovation and successful dialogues among representatives of various fields.
Her own foundation, Art Transfer, emphasising the idea of ‘a seeker’ as a key notion in the creative educational process, offers a number of self-development and communication workshops, creative meetings and lectures as well as workshops for corporate clients aimed at developing leadership skills.
She is a curator, educator and lecturer.
