Professional experience:

Graduate in economics at the SGH (at that time SGPiS). In 1980 he defended his doctorate in sociology. Author of books such as: “Management, practical approach”, “Organization’s survival strategy”, “Company’s success strategy”, “Passion and discipline of strategy”. He has conducted lectures in many universities in the USA, Europe and China.

He was the president of the European International Business Association, chairman of many supervisory boards, including: Eurobank, PZU SA, Orlen, Impel SA or Prochem SA. He was a social adviser to the President of the Republic of Poland in 2012-2015.
