He’s a management and customer service practitian. Trainer, coach, consultant, academic lecturer. Rationalist, humanist, pragmatist. He’s concentrated on solutions and an empathic listener and a charismatic speaker. He’s works with students of all study levels at Collegium Civitas. He conducts MBA Executive programme classes at INE PAN. He specialises in management and leadership competencies, working on change, conflict, motivation and motivating, ethics, building and developing teams. He conducts personal and professional development projects, creative thinking and action, stress prevention and work hygiene. He uses widely understood experience and activating metods, builds inspiring space of gaining new competencies and bases.
