Professional experience:

Psychologist, sociologist, trainer, adviser and coach. She gained knowledge and experience, among others, at the University of South Carolina and Cornell University in the USA. In the Laboratory of Group Processes at IS UJ, she conducted research on conflicts and group dynamics for 10 years. She co-manages consulting company Heidtman&Piasecki, she is a co-founder of the Foundation for Intellectual Capital. She is also a certified lecturer at Harvard Business Review Poland (ICAN INSTITUTE).
