Professional experience:

Grzegorz Jajuga gained his experience in the venture capital-fund structurewhere he analyzed and evaluated investment projects. While working at the brokerage house and the advisory companies dealt with the development of the framework and procedures for raising capital for companies in the Alternative Trading Systems (NewConnect, Catalyst) and he supervised capital raising projects. He specializes in business valuation. So far, he carried out valuation of dozens of private companies, public companies and investment projects. He performed the valuation of intangible assets (trademarks, brands, technologies, know-how, etc.). Grzegorz Jajuga cooperates with development agencies and research centers where he makes valuation of projects funded by them. He is author of numerous studies and business plans for companies in various stages of development. He is also lecturer at Business School at Warsaw University of Technology, Warsaw Stock Exchange and Ernst & Young Academy of Business.

The Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder, recognised by the U.S. CFA Institute and holder of Advisor Certificate in Alternative Trading System granted by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
