Professional experience:

He holds a B.A. in economics and accounting from Haifa Univeristy in Israel and an MBA with honours from Calgary Univeristy. He holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license from the Israeli Ministry of Justice and he is a member of the Israeli Institute of CPAs. Mr. Boniel is also a member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Erez Boniel has been a member of the Management Board and the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Boniel  has led GTC’s financial activity since 1997. As a part of his activities ha was a supervisory board member of Orbic SA for a number of years and acted on its various committees. Erez Boniel graduated from University of Haifa in 1990, where he obtained a B.A. degree in economics and accounting and from University of Calgary in 1999, where he obtained his MBA with honors. Erez Boniel is also a holder of a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certificate. Between 1990 and 1993 he worked as an auditor in an audit firm, and then, between 1993 and 1996 as a financial controller at Reynolds Construction.
