Founder of a consulting company Lewandowska & Partnerzy. For years she has been supporting family companies within development strategies, success procceses and change management. She creates constitutions for family companies. She’a a founder and a chairman of Instytut Biznesu Rodzinnego. She’s also a member of International Strategy Consultants Network in Berlin and International Family Enterprise Research Academy IFERA.
Initiator and the leader of a project ‘Kody wartości – efektywna sukcesja w polskich firmach rodzinnych’. Executive Advisor at International COntroller Verein e.V. in Munich, accredited partner by PARP.
She’s a graduate from MBA, a stipendist- St. Gallen University at Center for Family Business and the University of Vienna at Institut für Familienunternehmen. She’s an MBA lecturer as well as many other postgraduate studies.
She’s a publicist of business and books dedicated for family companies: ‘Stawka większa niż biznes. Strategie rozwoju firm rodzinnych’, ‘Kody wartości. Czyli jak skutecznie przejść sukcesję w firmie rodzinnej’ and ‘Konstytucje firm rodzinnych. W kierunku długowieczności’.
